Presentation Rules:

  1. Participants should submit 2 hard copies of the paper (spiral bound)  in A4 size sheet and one soft copy of power point presentation before 15 minutes of their scheduled presentation.
  2. The soft copy of the presentation should be brought in CD (Not in pen drive).
  3. The presentation should be in .ppt format (Microsoft Power Point 2003-2007 compatible) or pdf format.
  4. The candidates who have registered online should confirm their registration by paying the registration amount at the help-desk.
  5. Timing criteria:

10 minutes —— For presentation and conclusion.
2 minutes —— For question and answer.

 

RULES:

  1. Only registered candidates are allowed to submit papers.
  2. A maximum of two participants per paper is allowed.
  3. Participants have  to submit their manuscript in IEEE format only (maximum of 8 pages). A template has been attached with this.
  4. Participants may submit papers in pdf or doc format.
  5. The abstract can be maximum of 200 words with 5 keywords.
  6.  The paper must include the following details.
    Name of participants
    PCH number
    Mail details
    Contact details
    College name
  7. Include the category name in the Email subject followed by the topic of the paper.
  8. All papers submission will be handled electronically. Submit your papers to this email address: ppt@paanchajanya.com
  9. Selected Participants have to submit 2 Hard Copies of their paper (spiral bound).
  10. Decision of the evaluators will be final and binding on all participants.
