hatCh (Micro Coding)
hatCh (Micro Coding):
Learnt Microcontrollers?
Have you ever tried implementing it?
Here is an opportunity to test your skills. Micro-coding is an event wherein you will be given a problem statement for which you need to come up with the optimized code for 8051 Microcontroller. A must to participate event as microcontrollers is one of the important fields of modern electronics.
Come, Code and WIN!
FORMAT:
Event consists of two rounds PRELIMINARY ROUND and FINAL ROUND.
PRELIMINARY ROUND: It is a written test and consists of objective and non-objective questions. The questions will be based on Microcontrollers. Duration of test will be 60 minutes.
FINAL ROUND: The short listed teams will be given a problem statement for which they need to write 8051 microcontroller code (preferably ALP) and execute it.
RULES:
- This is a team event with 2 members in each team.
- The event is strictly based on microcontrollers.
- Based on the performance of the teams in Preliminary Round, top 10 teams will be selected for Final round.
- The participants are allowed to use scientific calculator.
- The winners will be decided on the basis of correctness of code, optimity of the code and time taken for coding.
- In any circumstances, judge’s decision will be final and binding to all.
