hatCh (Micro Coding)

hatCh (Micro Coding):

Learnt Microcontrollers?

Have you ever tried implementing it?

Here is an opportunity to test your skills. Micro-coding is an event wherein you will be given a problem statement for which you need to come up with the optimized code for 8051 Microcontroller. A must to participate event as microcontrollers is one of the important fields of modern electronics.

Come, Code and WIN!

FORMAT:

Event consists of two rounds PRELIMINARY ROUND and FINAL ROUND.

PRELIMINARY ROUND: It is a written test and consists of objective and non-objective questions. The questions will be based on Microcontrollers. Duration of test will be 60 minutes.

FINAL ROUND: The short listed teams will be given a problem statement for which they need to write 8051 microcontroller code (preferably ALP) and execute it.

RULES:

  1. This is a team event with 2 members in each team.
  2. The event is strictly based on microcontrollers.
  3. Based on the performance of the teams in Preliminary Round, top 10 teams will be selected for Final round.
  4. The participants are allowed to use scientific calculator.
  5. The winners will be decided on the basis of correctness of code, optimity of the code and time taken for coding.
  6. In any circumstances,  judge’s decision will be final and binding to all.
